Sometimes friends tell me that when you are in your fifties, instead of thinking of new projects and new business to start, you should start to summarize your accomplishments...

I was quite lucky to reach very soon, much sooner than I could hope, most of the things I dreamed of for my managerial career.

I have gained the freedom to undertake, to experiment, to create something new and I think I have benefitted a lot  from the many exciting experiences I had the chance to make.

I ‘m glad to have spent most of my career in the Italian Food Industry: something so beautiful and close to my soul.

In my fifties, I feel like a "fullest barrel”: full of knowledge, ideas and enthusiasm. The only accomplishments I can think about are still to come!
